Introduction
& nbsp; & nbsp; features deep groove ball bearing is an inseparable bearing composed of inner and outer rings, cage and steel ball, which is widely used. the product is simple, reliable, durable and easy to maintain, with single column, double column, open and sealed designs. Due to the standardized processing technology, the outer ring of the open bearing is provided with a groove for installing a sealing ring or a dust cover. Because of the low friction moment, the deep groove ball bearing is suitable for high-speed operation. due to the geometry of raceway and the use of steel ball as the rolling body, the deep groove ball bearing can bear both bidirectional axial load and radial load. Please refer to page 214 for axial bearing capacity. single row deep groove ball bearing has limited compensation ability for misalignment, so the bearing must be positioned accurately. not being right will cause the rolling body to be in an unfavorable rolling state, and the internal stress of the bearing will increase, thus shortening the working life of the bearing. In order to limit the additional stress of the bearing to a lower range, only a small inclination angle of is allowed for single row deep groove ball bearing ( depends on the load size ) , see page 214 . due to its internal structure characteristics, double row deep groove ball bearing has no misalignment compensation ability. when using this kind of bearing, the inclination angle is not allowed.
